School Pictures are Wednesday, September 10th.

Picture retakes will be on October 1st.

Order forms went home last week. you can also order online using the QR code or go to www.portraitmasters.com click the ordering link and enter code: MCE0925

Pre-ordering will close 48 hours after picture day.

Friday Late Start

Friday, September 12th is our first late start. School begins at 10am.

First View App Now Available!

Step 1: Download FirstView 1.0 app available for both iOS and Android

Step 2: Set up your FirstView 1.0 mobile app profile. You will be asked to provide:

  • District Code: C3O8J

  • Your Student's first and last name

  • Your Student's school of attendance

  • Your student's assigned trips

Step 3: Add distance notification to be alerted in the app or via push notifications when the vehicle is close to your student's stop location. To set this up in the ap click on Set Distance Notifications. You can edit or add additional distance notifications by clicking on the notification bell and selecting notification settings.

Optional: Add yourself and/or family members and caregivers as a notification recipient to receive email alerts. To set this up in the app, click on the notification bell and select Manage Recipients

Step 4: Once you have added your student(s) set-up distance notifications and signed up for email alerts, begin tracking your student's daily trips on the map!

Bus Transportation Changes

Transportation Requests & Routing Update

As we start the school year, we want to share a reminder about our new routing process for student transportation.

  • Turnaround Time: Any transportation requests or changes during the school year will take 2–3 days to process. While it may occasionally be possible to fit a student into a route the same day, this should be seen as the exception—not the norm.

  • Why This Matters: We’ve noticed some follow-up calls and emails asking for same-day updates. Clear expectations will help reduce confusion and make sure families, schools, and our transportation team are all on the same page.

We truly appreciate your patience and teamwork as we fine-tune routes during this busy time. By working together and keeping communication clear, we can create a smoother process for schools, families, and—most importantly—our students.
